we went out to the showroom in belchertown to see what window world had for a sliding glass door. we had a very positive and friendly experience there, so much that we ordered the door on the spot. today, wednesday, october 7th they came to install the door. i was very impressed with their professionalism and how they explained everything to me. They lead person, Ariel, was top notch and reviewed everything with me they cleaned up everything and completed the job in a timely manner. ariel and i inspected the project together and both of us were satisfied and delighted with the work completed. after the crew left, i had another delivery going on when my doorbell rang. it was a project manager from window world following up on how project came out. i could talk long with jim, but let him know how satisfied we are with their work. i would recommend window world to anyone and give them the highest grade possible! thank you window world for making our home look better!!
