NARI Certified Professionals represent a dedicated group of remodelers who have been vetted and tested to the highest industry standards for technical and management knowledge by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. They are recognized as experts capable of delivering the highest quality service to clients.

Certified NARI Professional

The primary requirement for receiving a Guildmaster Award is exemplary customer service, as demonstrated by an extremely high customer recommendation rate. In the home building, remodeling, and real estate industry, the average customer recommendation rate for businesses is approximately 70%. In order to receive a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a recommendation rate of 90% or greater.

To become a VSI Certified Installer, you must have one year of previous industry experience, or two consecutive semesters of VSI approved installer certification curriculum via an accredited educational institution. If you have less than one year of experience, you may still participate in the program, but you will not receive your certification until you obtain the required experience.

Seal-holding products, like Window World’s windows, vinyl siding, and Therma-Tru doors, are evaluated by the Good Housekeeping Institute (GHI) to verify that all product claims are true and that the products perform as promised. GHI also reviews Quality Assurance policies to ensure all products being manufactured are of the same quality as those evaluated in the Good Housekeeping labs. Good Housekeeping stands behind every product that has currently earned the Seal by offering consumers a two-year limited warranty on products and will repair, replace, or refund the cost of the product (up to $2,000) at their discretion; if it proves defective within two years of the purchase date. If any product that bears our limited warranty Seal proves to be defective within two years from the date it was first sold to a consumer by an authorized retailer, we, Good Housekeeping, will refund the purchase price or $2,000, whichever is less or, at Good Housekeeping's sole discretion, repair or replace the product.

The ENERGY STAR® program is a joint venture of the EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy. Its goal is to help consumers save money and protect the environment by identifying energy-efficient goods and practices. Products that earn the ENERGY STAR prevent greenhouse gas emissions by meeting strict guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy. Window World offers a variety of window and door packages that are ENERGY STAR qualified in each of the nation's four climate zones.

The National Fenestration Rating Council establishes test criteria that set the standard for performance ratings of window and door products. These consistent ratings provide accurate information on the energy performance of windows, doors and skylights. The presence of these ratings allows products across the industry to be compared on an unbiased basis.

ASTM International, formerly the American Society for Testing and Materials, is the globally recognized leader in the development and delivery of voluntary consensus standards. Its mission is to improve product quality, enhance safety, facilitate market access and trade, and build consumer confidence. Our windows have been tested and are confirmed to meet the air, water and structural integrity standards as defined by ASTM.
